SAFETY PROTOCOLS & GUIDELINES
We are taking extra precautions to ensure our studio remains a safe space for our clients and artists.
• All clients will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment which will be provided by our studio and frequently wash hands while in the studio.
• Bring only essential items (phone, wallet, keys, etc.) to the appointment as we are limiting our bag storage.
• When you arrive at the studio for your appointment please call or text the studio (905) 706 - 3023 or (416) 723 -7194 and wait in your vehicle - we will confirm whether our studio is clear and you may enter our studio.
• Arrive alone to the appointment, our waiting room is closed and family members/friends will not be able to sit in during the appointment.
• If you are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 please contact the studio immediately. Please give us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you arrive at the studio feeling unwell and with symptoms your appointment will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be applied.
